SPRING CLEAN: Letting and Finding Joy, An Earth Ways Yoga Camping Retreat

Please join Kate Mulheron and special guest teacher, Miss Blassa from Thursday June 3rd to Sunday June 6th for a deeply healing camping retreat in Crawford, Colorado in the West Elk Mountains.

SPRING CLEAN: Letting Go and Finding Joy, A Yoga Camping Retreat, through Earth Ways Yoga, working with the Nature Ways and a personal cleansing process with Miss Blassa and her assistants we will take this time together to honor the transition from late spring into summer, as it is time to ignite your life and reset your daily living habits to be more clear and strong in who you are through the practices of letting go you will strengthen your core and stand more strongly on Mother Earth everyday.

From the 5 Element Acupuncture Philosophy, the Spring's Element of Wood, helps you explore your nourished roots of support in relationship to Mother Earth and in that foundation the flexibility one might have in its wood of its very life, purpose and growth towards the spark of light above, the Element of Fire of the summer that your growth is seeking and igniting towards passion and joy of ones direction in life. May this retreat help you build belief and trust in your own growth. Through the practice of letting go you will reunite your inner being of all your parts: Body, Mind and Essence working together to be more in balance of this transitional time!!

This retreat will teach you to clear and filter the chaos of everyday life while maintaining your core alignment, and not engage with destructive patterns and support your functionality with your inner being working together in balance to make room for more love and joy in your internal world no matter what is happening around you. This time is for you to honor nature and allow nature to share with you. Learn tools to support your ability to live in the world more balanced and with focus on where you are headed. In working consciously with nature and practicing “letting go” and staying focused with greater peace and joy, internally you will add to the pool of living more peaceful with others and the Greater Whole.

You’ll be a guest of the stewards of The Wild Cooperative, who practice living in balance with Mother Earth through their practices of permaculture. We will practice conscious honoring of lands and creatures under their stewardship, there will be time to give back to the land through helping with daily tasks. We will spend time practicing yoga and working through processes in the eco environments offered by this land.

In these times of COVID-19, we would like you to know we are taking all of the precautions to make this a safe environment for all to participate. We ask that you do not come if you feel you are at risk or have been exposed and if you feel these ways you get a COVID-19 test before coming, we ask that you take full responsibility for how you have quarantined yourself during these times, masking, washing hands, etc.
We will be keeping this to 12 students, honoring the six foot distancing in the open air yoga tent. This retreat is already half full, with 6 spots left, so please reach out ASAP if you would like to be apart of this time together!!
