Please join me this summer at the lovely Wild Cooperative in Crawford, CO for 1 week of Earth Ways Yoga, the art of adjusting bodies in a yoga setting, space holding through Universal Flow, alter building, working on observing bodies and where energy is held and how as yoga teachers we can support others through energy work and support in a classroom and privates!! With special guest teacher, Gran Tia Blassa , my teacher , mentor and co- creator of Earth Ways Yoga, a very special gift !!

This is a training I have been waiting to hold for some time, the power of a supportive adjustment in a yoga posture can be so powerful for your students, and there is a way to do this with a gentler approach for you and your students!! This takes PRACTICE, and we will take the time this summer to work with building your confidence, humility and courage to work in these ways!!

This is for teachers that have completed Earth Ways Yoga TT and others that have completed a yoga TT and have come to at least 1 retreat with me , please reach out if this is of interest to you and you haven’t done a retreat or privates with me, reach out and we can chat!
