Please join Kate Mulheron, creator of Earth Ways Yoga for a very special 3 hour honoring of the shift to Summer Solstice, the fullest and highest LIGHT of Grandfather Sun, as he beams in his one year cycle of all that has been created in this abundant and prosperous time of the summer season!! We will work with a guided meditation through the natural world, a 2 .5 hour Earth Ways Yoga : honoring the Heart Meridian Channel to wake up the opening of your heart and all that it holds , cultivating and creating, through the Element of Fire of the 5 Element Cycle and the 4 meridian channels: Heart, Small Intestine, Heart Protector and Triple Heater, the acupuncture points and their sacred spirit of the points your body holds the wisdom of, we will have a deep practice of listening to your heart through breath, vision and slow movement of hatha yoga, letting go of the old and awakening to the new messages of your physical and spiritual growth and end with an Honoring of the 7 Directions.
