Join Kate Mulheron, creator of Earth Ways Yoga as she journeys you through all FIVE of the ELEMENTS over 5 weeks at Yoga Tree in Hotchkiss, Co starting January 12th!! Come learn about Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal in your BODY through yoga—through the full cycle of the seasons and how all the elements work together to support the balance in MOTHER NATURE and the balance in you and your wellbeing!!

We will work with the physical, emotional and energetic body of the 12 meridians and 30 acupuncture points of the 5 Element Chinese Acupuncture System to help MAP them through your body and provide a greater connection to your healing within.

Working with the 5 elements as a healing modality through movement and breath will teach you to connect to the rhythms and cycles of life and to bring you back into your personal balance and alignment as you bridge a life more vibrantly from this place of balance through the teachings Mother Nature.

Earth Ways Yoga is a system of yoga that has been designed as a way to heal through your physical, emotional and spiritual layers of practice, so you can walk in a more balanced way on this earth. We work through root strength, alignment, meridian lines and energy pathways as a way to embrace your alignment in strength, vulnerability and truth as A MEANS TO finding a balanced way TO LIVE through the natural laws and principles of Universal Flow. Honoring Mother Nature and her kingdoms, we will journey with guided visualizations in your yoga practice to receive healing and teachings through Mother Earth and her Ways.

Jay Kraemer will be there to weave LIVE MUSIC through soundscaping to deepen the experience of this magical practice!
