Please join Kate Mulheron, creator of Earth ways Yoga, for our Winter Solstice Circle of Light on Tuesday, December 21st, 2021 7:00-9 pm at Joyful Journey Hot Springs for a public class of Honoring the Winter Solstice !!!
We will come together in circle to celebrate the turning and tuning in of our winter’s womb.. This is a sacred time of year. This is a time to acknowledge with depth, stillness, and clarity what you want to call in for your wintertime’s teachings as we start t turn to the light and the depth that winter carries for our womb of creativity.
Gather in community as Kate Mulheron brings the teachings of Mother Earth and Father Sky together in a powerful 2 hour moving and embodying yoga and meditation ritual.
In this circle you will work with the teachings offered, lessons learned, and blessings received in your walk from your Summer’s Solstice intentions six months ago. As we step into the depths of this Time of the North, we will set new intentions to be with during our wintertime quest.
This is a powerful time in our cycle of this year’s teachings. It is an opportunity to truly embrace the steps inward we must take to hibernate into a greater relationship with ourselves. There is so much beauty to be gained when you set yourself up with nourishment and space to be deep with self.
We will practice an honoring of the 7 Directions, work with meditations for chakra clearing and grounding, and tune into an awareness of the elements in the body through a healing and meditative Earth Ways Yoga asana sequence honoring the Element Water of the 5 Element Philosophy . There will be a 30-minute savasana working with your own personal vision quest. This is a deeply intuitive meditation practice to clear, shield, and protect your relationship with your mind, body, and essence so that we can all live in a more vibrant way to way to connect to Mother Earth as a teacher and to each other. I hope to see you on this very sacred day in our cycle!!!
