Please join me in a 9 week gathering on zoom or in person, to take the first part of this year of 2025 to read the book Eastern Body Western Mind, by Anodea Judith, as we discuss, have a weekly, mediation and and Earth Ways Yoga session based on each Chakra each week , you will do weekly morning pages, in celebration and honoring of The Artist Way, because they work :) and a discussion and sharing together to connect on how you carry your alignment, physically, emotionally, and energetically through the intelligence of the Chakra system!!

I have been doing Artist Way Process Circle for over 5 years a, have been leading 7 Week Chakra Yoga Workshops through this book for over 13 years and have gotten requests to do a similar event with the Chakras, as we must acknowledge, the Chakra system and the intelligence it carries in each one of us, IS THE CREATIVE CHANNEL, and if that is not woken into you willl continue to stay stuck! in old patterns, if one does not have awareness of what is there!!! ( it is 9 weeks, as I will have my Walking a Path of Stillness, A Winter Retreat at Joyful Journey in-between, so it will either be a week that you will take off or come to retreat on a discount!)
