We will begin Sunday night at 7 pm to work with the Honoring of the Sacred 7 Directions and on Monday morning at 9 am we will practice an Earth Ways Yoga Class , honoring the Earth Element and the Meridian Channels and Spirit of the Points through Yoga of the 5 Element Cycle .
