Join Kate Mulheron and Trudy Welty from Thursday September 3rd - Sunday the 6th for a deeply healing retreat to Recharge and Reset your Steady and Strong Sensitive Self through Yoga, Ritual and Mediation through the Nature Ways as we transition to Fall!
Come be held by the energies of the West Elk Mountains, with its peaks, green meadows and river ways.
Through the course of the weekend, you’ll learn to build a tool box for your Sensitive Self through Yoga, Nature Ways, and Ritual in these chaotic times!! It is time we get our internal being in its strength to move forward for the work that is ahead for you, as you learn how to come back to yourself and deepen into what is important through your own values, integration and cohesiveness of all your parts: Body, Mind, and Essence, so that you may remain STEADY and STRONG for what is ahead and be authentic in your strength for this next cycle of life!!
From primitives’ lifestyles, the "Sensitives" were the healers, seers and those who could hold wisdom in order to guide the clan to cooperate and live peacefully amongst themselves and on how to have joy and love in their hearts.
In your lives, many of you are being asked to guide others.
The Sensitive Self was meant to help us survive and stay in balance, however, when it is overtaxed, it collapses, and through these teaching you will be reminded of your internal strength of what it means to move forward in a balanced way!!
This retreat will teach you to clear and filter the chaos of everyday life while maintaining your core alignment, functionality and perhaps have joy and love in your heart.
This time is for you to honor nature and allow nature to share with you. Learn tools to support your ability to live in the world more balanced and with focus on where you are headed. Learn to honor your acute awareness of thought, feeling, seeing and knowing — your Sensitive self.
You’ll be a guest of the stewards of The Wild Cooperative and Kevin Bound Ecolandscapes. We’ll spend time practicing yoga and working through processes in the different eco environments offered by these lands. Through experiencing the trees, valleys, rivers, ancient rocks, Cedar and Utah Juniper, you will be supported with the support different ecosystems that stay naturally balanced.
In these times of COVID19, we would like you to know we are taking all of the precautions to make this a safe environment for all to participate. We ask that you do not come if you feel you are at risk or have been exposed and if you feel these ways you get a COVID 19 test before coming, we ask that you take full responsibility for how you have quarantined yourself during these times, masking, washing hands, etc. We will be keeping this to 12 students , honoring the six foot distancing in the open air yoga tent. This retreat is already half full, with 6 spots left, so please reach out asap if you would like to be apart of this time together!!
