Join Kate Mulheron for a series based on the 7 chakras. Journeying through the chakras will help you deepen your relationship to your energy body through working with breath, guided meditation, the movement of Earth Ways Yoga and the interweaving of music and soundscaping by Jay Kraemer. Each week we will explore a different chakra to help you understand how your energy body, emotional body and physical body interweave to bring wellness through your whole being.
